K&K Infra is based in Chennai. Our services cover architectural, structural, MEP, interior, acoustical, liaisoning and EPC management work. Fire protection is part of this scope, with engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning of building safety systems.

How we deliver fire protection

Engineering
Design basis, hydraulic calculations, riser diagrams, layouts and shop drawings, produced in our own office.

Procurement
Pumps, pipe, valves, heads, panels and detection bought against the specification we wrote, with test certificates on file.

Construction
Our own supervisors and crews for erection, welding, supports and routing, coordinated with the other trades on site.

Testing & handover
Pressure and flow tests, cause-and-effect checks, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and operator training.
How we are engaged
Owners, developers and project teams can appoint us for planning, design, project management, liaisoning or fire protection. For fire protection, we also work under a main contractor and complete part-built systems.
